Alyotech Group by Carlos Bedran

Over a 3-year period, Alyotech has seen its collaborators increase from 0 to 1600. At present, it is following an ambitious organic and external growth policy in the Technology Consulting sector.
This sector has been characterised in the last few years by major outsourcing in R&D. Purchase professionalisation and the reduction in subcontractor numbers are also sector trends which lead us to believe only large groups have a place on the present landscape. This is why Alyotech Group intends to be a key player in Technology Consulting both in size and expertise.

Moreover, we believe that international support with the same service quality is essential for Technology Consulting businesses. Consequently, we have opted for a Franco-Canadian group positioning to roll out our business around the globe. This choice is based on the fact that, at present, there are no major players in North America and few with over 1000 collaborators in Europe.

We look forward to putting into place project organisations centred on maintaining know-how in France and outsourcing added value services to countries with more attractive labour costs. With this, we expect to be more relevant in client service and support throughout productivity pathways.

With a sustainable development perspective, we have set ourselves the aim, vis-à-vis our clients, collaborators and shareholders, to respect the following fundamental elements:

  • A clear ambitious strategy
  • Clear organisation
  • Regular internal and external communication
  • Corporate governance

Our wealth rests with our collaborators. We look forward to motivating them with an ambitious uniting project to place Alyotech Group as a key player in Technology Consulting around the globe. This is not possible without sustained Group effort in the areas of R&D and continuous training so as to remain a key player in this area, with the capacity to provide major added value with regards to changes in situation and technology.
